I recognize that for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorize Braces R Us to use photographs of me and or my property and authorize him/(her/their and his/her/their assignees), licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by Braces R Us and/ or their agents. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release. I also understand that I or my legal guardian will sign a written version of this release upon arrival at Addison Photography.

What to Expect, What to wear

This is a quick, fun session at our studio in Twin Falls and can be indoor or outdoor. Please wear the outfit you want to be photographed in, if possible. If you can’t decide, bring any options with you and we can help you select an outfit that flatters you. Sessions usually last 5-15 minutes and then we’ll show them to you in the sales room and help you pick an image. This is when you can take advantage of special pricing offered exclusively to you! We are a finished product studio and do not offer digital images from these sessions.
